  • Therapy

    In traditional therapy, we will work through your goals using various modalities ranging from traditional cognitive behavioral techniques to more energetic somatic release modalities. The focus of this work is around creating a therapeutic environment for you to work through changing elements of your life and behavior that are no longer serving you.

  • Hypnotherapy

    While there is a LOT of misinformation about hypnosis and funny assumptions made, there is also a lot of research that backs hypnotherapy as an amazing adjunct to more traditional forms of talk-therapy.

    After a hypnosis session, most of my clients report feeling more relaxed, more trusting of themselves and their life path and more able to access deeper parts of themselves that have been buried.

  • Energy Healing

    Energy healing aims to clear blockages, release negative patterns, and encourage the flow of healing energy throughout the body.

    We all have an energy system and disruptions in this energy can lead to illness or emotional distress.

    While Western medicine focuses on the physical aspects of healing, energy healing works under the belief that everything is made up of energy—including our bodies, emotions, and thoughts. When this energy becomes stagnant, blocked, or unbalanced, it can manifest as physical illness or emotional distress.
